GoAccess, Grandezza’s Access Control System, successfully launched on September 1, thanks in large part to the nearly 80% of Grandezza residents who registered before launch day. By mid-September, nearly 90% had registered and were using GoAccess. Thank you for helping make the transition a success!
If your household has not yet registered, please take a few minutes to do so. We understand that getting started with a new system can take time, and help is available. Registration is essential: without it, you cannot authorize guests through GoAccess, and guests arriving at the gate may be delayed or denied entry.
We encourage all residents who can use a smartphone or computer to register guests through the GoAccess app or website. These options make it easy to manage your guest list and check that visitors are authorized before they arrive. The telephone Guest Registration System is intended for residents who are unable to use a smartphone or computer.
