Grandezza Gazzette: Strong Readership and Growing Engagement

  • May 2026

Great news for our community—your Grandezza Gazzette continues to reach and engage a large number of residents each month.

The March performance metrics confirm what many of us already suspected: residents are reading, sharing, and spending meaningful time with the content being published.

MARCH HIGHLIGHTS:

• Website Visits: 2,341

• Page Views: 3,261

• Magazine Reads: 897

• Average Read Time: 5 minutes, 45 seconds

• Downloads: 16

Except for magazine reads, which were just two fewer than February, every key metric increased month over month. That’s a strong indicator that interest in the Gazzette is not only steady but growing.

Even more encouraging is the average read time of nearly six minutes, which tells us readers are not just clicking in—they’re staying engaged and consuming the content.

While we may see a modest seasonal dip as we move into the off-season, digital readership continues to far exceed what we historically experienced with a printed format. The ability to access the Gazzette anytime, anywhere is clearly resonating with our community.

WHAT RESIDENTS ARE READING

Several articles stood out in March for their popularity:

• The “7 Symbols of the Dollar” article from a previous issue generated exceptional interest and appears to have been shared beyond the Gazzette itself.

Golf Corner continues to be a consistent favorite among residents.

The POA Report remains a key source of community updates.

The Visitor Access Control System article drew strong attention, reflecting the importance of access control and operations in our community.

THANK YOU, GRANDEZZA COMMUNITY, AND KEEP READING

These results reinforce that the Grandezza Gazzette is an important and valued communication tool for our community. Whether you’re keeping up with neighborhood news, learning something new, or simply enjoying a feature article, your continued readership is what makes the publication successful.

We encourage all residents to continue exploring each issue and to share articles of interest with neighbors and friends.

STAY INFORMED. STAY CONNECTED. AND THANK YOU FOR BEING PART OF THE GRANDEZZA COMMUNITY.
