Every year for the past several years, we have had a donation drive for Lee County Animal services. In addition to the Lee County Shelter, there are multiple rescue organizations who benefit from our donations.
The shelter actively seeks out fosters and rescue organizations to take animals until they can find a good home. Some of the donations go to these groups to help them be able to continue the work that they do. Last year, some of our donations went to the food bank so that people could get pet food in addition to their own food. If this helps people from not having to give up their pets, then it’s a win for everyone.
We will be collecting donations from March 21-31. We have donation drop off areas throughout Grandezza.
